目的：探讨运动处方干预对大学生生活质量的影响,试图通过本项目研究证明了运动处方干预可提高青少年的生活质量,也可以提高心理健康程度及人际关系和谐程度。方法：采用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOL-74）量表,在大学本科1、2年级男女学生中征集志愿者150名,分为实验组和对照组。实验组实施以太极拳为主要内容的运动处方干预,对照组保持自己的原生活方式,干预2个月后对实验结果进行分析。结果：1、以太极拳为主要内容的运动处方干预能提高青少年的生活质量,GQOL-74量表也可以应用于对体育效果的科学评价。2、运动处方干预下大学生生活质量的变化表现为：实验组心理功能维度与对照组相比差异显著;物质功能维度、生活质量综合评定总分具有极显著差异,而躯体功能维度和社会功能维度的差异不显著,但是两个维度得分比对照组高。

Purpose： The purpose of the present research project is to examine the effect of exercise prescription intervention on quality of life of college students. The study seeks to demonstrate whether exercise prescription intervention improves young people＇s quality of life and upgrade the level of their psychological health and interpersonal harmony. Approach： This study applies Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire（ GQOL- 74） to 150 volunteer first and second year undergraduate students of both sexes,to be divided into an experimental group and a control group. The major content of exercise prescription intervention imposed on members of the experimental group is Taijiquan. Members of the control group maintain their original routines of daily lives. The intervention experiment is practiced for a period of two months before data of result is collected for analysis.Result： The study illustrates： 1. that the exercise prescription intervention improves the quality of life for young people and that GQOL- 74 scale can also be applied to scientific assessment of sport results; and 2. that effects of the exercise prescription intervention on the quality of life of the experimental group compared with the control group include： significant difference in psychological functional dimensions; very significant difference in physical functional dimensions and comprehensive score of Quality of Life Assessment; and insignificant difference in somatic functional dimensions and social functional dimensions,though each of a high score over those of the control group.
