美国生产者保险公司破产一案,既有2002年干旱所致的巨额索赔原因,也有公司内部经营决策失误的原因,更有监管部门监管滞后的原因。这些原因所涉及的问题,同样在我国农业保险公司的经营与监管中存在。深究这些原因并引以为鉴,有利于进一步完善我国对快速发展的农业保险公司的监管,真正实现又好又快发展。

The masons for the bankruptcy of American Growers Insurance Company was huge claims caused by widespread drought in 2002, internal business decision - making mistakes, and the lag of risk management agency＇ s decisions. All problems also exist in the management and supervision of agricultural insurance company in China. Therefore we should learn from these problems and perfect the supervision of agricultural insurance companies in China in order to rapid develop agricultural insurance.
