在物本主义和人本主义两个广泛使用的最基本的哲学范畴基础上提出物本资本、人本资本的概念,由物质资源瓶颈、人力资源瓶颈的解决来阐述工业经济时代、知识经济时代到太空经济时代的转变以及社会资本的形成,同时在创新管理理论下揭示治理资本与资本治理的形成。在不同经济时代的供给市场、需求市场的竞争下,利用竞争、产权、治理机制以及企业绩效的关系,依据传统的产权论和超产权论从治理资本到资本治理的视角来解释从物本资本、人本资本到社会资本的转变。

Based on two widely - used basic philosophy concepts named material - based creed and humanism, this paper proposes the concept of material - based capital and humanism capital From the discussion about the solution of bottleneck of material resource and human resource, this paper expatiates the transformation from industrial economy era, knowledge - based economy era to space economy era and one of social capital, as well as reveals the formation of governing capital and capital governance under the management theory of innovation. Under the competition of supply market and demand market in different economy eras, this paper uses the relationship among competition, property fight, governance mecha- nism and organization performance to explain the transformation from material - based capital, humanism capital to social capital from the perspective of the change from governing capital to capital governance according to traditional property right theory and beyond property- right argument
