当前商业模式研究进入了构建分析的实质阶段。基于建筑构造视角和RCOV模型,提出商业模式构建的两条路径。实施路径需要从商业模式的功能出发,设计路径需要从商业模式的设计要素出发。商业模式构建的重点在于需要认识到企业发展阶段对商业模式构建路径选择的影响。

The study on business model has stepped into configurable stage. This paper argues two paths for business model configuration based on architectural construction perspective and RCOV model： the implementation path needs star from func tions of business model, and the design path needs star from design elements of business model. Highlights of business model configuration should realize that firm developing stage impact on choice of path configuration of business model.
