MTCSOL(Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) research abilities course teaching professional practice
专业问题研究能力是汉语国际教育硕士专业学位研究生从业能力的基础,相关的培养工作应纳入专业课程教学和见习、实习。突破培养瓶颈的建议:1)汉语国际教育硕士专业学位研究生培养须与汉语国际教育专业本科学历教育相衔接;2)专业文献阅读和案例分析须突出实践导向和问题导向,重视对过程的解析,以团队学习、师生互动、生生互动的方式进行;3)通过训练课程与学生见习活动的双向互动,培养学生调研、观察、记录、分析和解决专业问题的能力;4)建立研究生导师和任课教师岗前培训、资格认证和定期培训制度,对教师的海内外汉语教学经验提出硬性要求;5)面向汉语国际教育从业实践需要,规划好与课程教学、见习实习相适应的"MTCSOL研究生专业课题指南",为培养学生的专业问题研究能力提供完整的参考框架;6)建立定性与定量相结合的档案袋评价体系,确保汉语国际教育硕士专业学位研究生专业问题研究能力的培养工作日常化、制度化。论文还对课程教学、见习实习和档案袋评价体系的实施方案做出了论述和说明。

Research abilities of graduate students majoring in MTCSOL are the substantial basis of their professional abilities.Therefore, the cultivation of the research abilities should be incorporated into the course teaching and professional practice of MTCSOL. It analyzes the bottleneck problems with the sources of MTCSOL students, the course teaching, together with the evaluation mechanism of research abilities of the students, and accordingly puts forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems : 1.To make the education background of BTCSOL(Bachelor of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) a necessary precondition for MTCSOL. 2. To keep the professional literature readings and case studies practice-oriented and problem-oriented in the course teaching of MTCSOL, meanwhile, to highlight procedural analyses, team learning and interactions between teachers and students. 3. To establish interactions between the training courses and the professional novitiates of MTCSOL, in order to enable students to gain the professional abilities of investigation, observation, as well as the ability to record, analyze and solve professional problems. 4. To establish a system of qualification authentication, pre-post training and regular training for student mentors and course teachers of MTCSOL; at the same time, to stipulate that Chinese teaching experiences both at home and abroad are indispensible demands for qualification certificate of student mentors and course teachers. 5. To make a list of proposed research topics of MTCSOL according to the requirements of TCSOL, so as to provide a common framework of reference for the cultivation of the research abilities of postgraduates who major in MTCSOL. 6. To establish portfolio evaluation system for quantitative and qualitative assessments of the research abilities, to insure that the cultivation of the research abilities will be institutionalized and become a day-to-day work. In addition to corresponding suggestions, implementation proposals for course teaching, professional novitiates of MTCSOL, and portfolio evaluation system are also discussed and illustrated in this paper.
