国家治理是一个系统而庞大的工程,中国在当前转型的大背景下,亟待解决治理的本土化和实践化难题。应当深入剖析现有治理理论的内涵、外延及特征,克服治理理论的局限,立足于国家、社会、个人三维治理主体,分别解析三个主体的特有属性,按照各自的特定规律分门别类地构建不同的治理模式与治理路径,最终建构具有中国特色的三位一体的法治治理体系。
國傢治理是一箇繫統而龐大的工程,中國在噹前轉型的大揹景下,亟待解決治理的本土化和實踐化難題。應噹深入剖析現有治理理論的內涵、外延及特徵,剋服治理理論的跼限,立足于國傢、社會、箇人三維治理主體,分彆解析三箇主體的特有屬性,按照各自的特定規律分門彆類地構建不同的治理模式與治理路徑,最終建構具有中國特色的三位一體的法治治理體繫。
국가치리시일개계통이방대적공정,중국재당전전형적대배경하,극대해결치리적본토화화실천화난제。응당심입부석현유치리이론적내함、외연급특정,극복치리이론적국한,립족우국가、사회、개인삼유치리주체,분별해석삼개주체적특유속성,안조각자적특정규률분문별류지구건불동적치리모식여치리로경,최종건구구유중국특색적삼위일체적법치치리체계。
National governance is a systematic and colossal project. In the context of Chinals current situation, it is urgent to solve the most difficult problems, which are localization and practice. This paper aims to explore connotations, extensions and characteristics of the existing theories on governance and to surmount the limitations of the existing theories. Based on three subjects of governance, viz. State, society and individual, and respectively analyzing their characteristics, this paper will specifically propose different models of governance and methods of governance according to their own rule. The ＇Trinity＇ of rule of law governance system with Chinese characteristics will also be proposed.
