认知科学告诉我们,人们会夸大某些信息的重要性而贬低其他信息的重要性。法官在审理案件过程中,需要在证据与事实之间构筑一条桥梁,在这个过程中,由于人的信息加工能力有限,存在主观和臆断的可能性,因此容易导致法官的审判出现偏差,这也是造成许多冤案背后的重要原因。因此,如何建立一套行之有效的防范机制,避免法官在司法审判中出现的偏差,具有重要的研究价值。

Cognitive science tells us that people tend to exaggerate the importance of certain information while belittling that of other information. The judge, who needs to build a bridge between evidence and facts, is likely to be subjective and arbitrary and thus deviate in the trial of cases due to his limited information processing ability. It is also the main cause that brings about many judicial injustices. Therefore, it is of important research value how to establish a set of effective prevention mechanisms to avoid the deviation in the judicial trial.
