构建了鄱阳湖生态经济区资源型产业绿色绩效评价体系的二阶理论模型，提出了18条假设条件；利用AMOS 7.0软件对该理论模型进行了验证，剔除3个不显著指标后，获取了一套有效的评价指标及根据总体影响效果测算了各项指标的权重值。提出三点建议：①重利润的同时，要看外部不经济补救成本；②生态环境的发展是绿色财富；③社会环境的发展是人文财富。

This paper first constructs a resource‐based industrial green performance evaluation system of the second order theoretical model in ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake ,and puts forward 18 hypothesis . Then ,the theoretical model was verified by the AMOS 7 .0 software ,with three non‐significant indexes removed ,before the obtaining of a set of effective evaluation indexes and the calculation of the weight value of each index .Finally ,the paper puts forward the following three suggestions ：（1） in pursuit of profits ,recoverycost of external diseconomies should be taken into consideration;（2） the development of ecological environment is the green wealth ;（3） the development of the social environment is the wealth of humanity .
