本文对包含42家企业高管团队的预试样本进行探索性因素分析,提出共享心智模型构建导向的高管团队互动动力特征包含团队凝集、有效沟通与认知冲突三个维度;通过对125家企业高管团队的正式样本调查分析,验证共享心智模型构建导向的高管团队互动动力特征三维度结构,分析结果表明高管团队互动动力特征在团队生命周期不同阶段存在显著差异,随着高管团队生命历程的演进,高管团队互动动力三特征呈现先降后升的趋势,团队凝聚、有效沟通与认知冲突的水平在高管团队形成期进入震荡期后开始下降,随后过渡到规范期、执行期时水平有一定提高,其中在执行期水平最高。

The exploratory factor analysis of the first sample of 42 top management teams showed that the interactive dynamic characteristics of building shared mental model of top management team contains team cohesion,effective communication and cognitive conflict in three dimensions. The three dimensions of the interactive dynamic characteristics were confirmed by using a confirmatory factor analysis of the confirmation sample of 125 teams. The analysis showed that there was a significant difference for the interactive dynamic characteristics of top management team on the life cycle of different team stages. With the evolution of life history of top management team,three features of TMT interaction force decreased and then increased. Specifically,team cohesion,effective communication and cognitive conflict all decreased from the formation of the top management team to the shock period,improved followed by a transition period to the specification and the implementation and there was a highest level in the implementation.
