China has kept high rate of economic growth for decades since reform and opening - up policies were launched. In recent years, the speed of development decreased relatively, which showed that China had entered the proceed of ＂The New Normal＂. In the condition of ＂The New Normal＂, the optimization of the industrial structure is the most significant task in all economic projects. Combined with the problems encountered in the proceed of indus- trial structure transformation, this article unscrambled the meaning of ＂The New Normal＂ and provided several pro- poses to adjust industrial structure and lead guide in reality economic work of ＂The New Normal＂.
