中国的资源型区域大多属于欠发达地区,在转型发展的要求下,投资引致和金融支持变得尤为重要。通过因子分析法构建区域金融创新能力指标体系,用于评价资源型区域的金融创新水平。在此基础上对区域金融创新能力与经济转型的相关性进行分析,并提出以区域金融创新推动经济转型的建议。

China＇ s resource - based regions are mostly underdeveloped areas. Under the requirements of the re- structuring and development, investment and financial support has become particularly important. Using factor -a- nalysis to build regional financial innovation capacity index system for the evaluation of the level of financial innova- tion. Based on this, the paper found the correlation between regional financial innovation and economic restructu- ring, and proposed some proposal of regional financial innovation to promote economic restructuring.
