农村征地拆迁涉及到农村阶层间的博弈关系和利益的非均衡分配，因此它会对农村阶层关系的性质和状况产生重大影响。研究发现，征地拆迁重构了农村阶层关系，引起了阶层对抗性关系的发展，尤其是农村体制精英与其他阶层之间的对抗性关系成为农村矛盾最深刻、发生频率最高、规模最大的阶层关系组合，说明当前我国农村阶层关系的整合程度较低，社会关系的和谐程度较差，应该引起重视。
農村徵地拆遷涉及到農村階層間的博弈關繫和利益的非均衡分配，因此它會對農村階層關繫的性質和狀況產生重大影響。研究髮現，徵地拆遷重構瞭農村階層關繫，引起瞭階層對抗性關繫的髮展，尤其是農村體製精英與其他階層之間的對抗性關繫成為農村矛盾最深刻、髮生頻率最高、規模最大的階層關繫組閤，說明噹前我國農村階層關繫的整閤程度較低，社會關繫的和諧程度較差，應該引起重視。

The essay is to research the influence of land requisition and relocation on rural class relations, and to put forward some suggestions. Methods employed include definition of research and field survey. The results show that land requisition and relocation has reconstructed the rural class relations, and led to the opposition between the elite group and other classes of the rural area. It is concluded that we should further standardize the redistribution of interests of land requisition and relocation, narrow and standard game spaces, in order to make the interests＇ redistribution of the cotmtryside more fair and reasonable, and maintain the justice and harmony there.
