创新创业教育是高等教育改革的重要举措，是适应创新型国家建设的必然选择。然而如何衡量创新创业教育效果，如何改善和提高创新创业教育的质量，一直困扰我国高等教育界。有必要构建系统的创新创业教育评价体系，确立科学、简单、有效的创新创业教育评价方法，为高校开创创新创业教育新局面提供目标导向依据，为完善高校创新创业教育体系建设、推动创新创业教育发展提供可行的评价方法。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the important measure of higher education reform, is al- so the inevitable choice to adapt to the construction of an innovative country. But how to measure the effect of innova- tion and entrepreneurship education, and how to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, have been plagued in China＇ s higher education sector. It is necessary to build the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and to establish a scientific, simple and effective evaluation method. This will constantly provide a new goal-oriented basis and theoretical and practical guidance to improve the quality of education, while promoting feasible evaluation method for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education system.
