贫困县域的幼儿教师流动呈现出稳定的规律性特征——有序的单向流动,主要表现为异质间单向流动、异“性”间单向流动和异域间单向流动。单向流动加剧县城幼儿教育机构之间的失衡发展,致使流出机构园所管理削弱、教师不稳定及幼儿发展滞后。幼儿教师单向流动的症结,可归为经济理性的驱使、制度惯习的牵引与身份认同的促动等因素。要消解这一症结,必须强化政府职能,推进县域内幼儿教育机构均衡投入,提高处境不利幼儿教师身份待遇,并建立科学有效的制度机制以引导幼儿教师资源的合理流动。

Kindergarten teachers' mobility in poverty counties was characterized by stable regularity ,which is one-way flow orderly, mainly from different nature, different types and different regions. One-way flow aggravated the imbalance of education development among counties' preschools, and the outflow mechanism weakened internal management of some kindergartens. For this, teachers and early children in some kindergartens lag continual and sta- ble development. The crux of the problem can be concluded such factors as economic rationality, route dependence and self identity. To eliminate this problem, we must strengthen the functions of the government, promote equal in- vestments among the early childhood education institutions in poverties counties, boost the identity and income of dis- advantaged preschool teachers, and establish scientific and effective rules in order to guide kindergarten teachers' flow toward reasonable direction.
