在高职院校技能人才培养实践中,学生需要的差异性经常被忽视,这导致培养活动的效益和效果都较差。为了改变这种状况,高职院校应将学生分为“愿意且适合”、“愿意但不适合”以及“不愿意”走技能成才道路三类,并有针对性地满足不同类型学生的生计需要和发展需要。

In the raising practice of skill talents in higher vocational colleges, differences of students' needs are often being ignored,this leads to low benefit and poor effect of raising activities. In order to change this situation, higher vocational colleges should classify the students into three types of taking the skill talents path, such as "willing and suitable for", "willing and unsuitable for" and "unwilling", and satisfy different types students' living need and development need dedicatedly.
