民族教育政策具有复杂性、系统性、开放性和政治性等多重特性,必须具备多种研究意识,才能比较全面地把握其本质和功能。多维意识倡导从多种维度审视和探索事物的本质、功能和价值,在现实中形成开放与发展互促、整体与还原交流的方法,正是民族教育政策研究之必需。探究以背景意识、整体意识、比较意识、功能意识为要旨的多维研究意识,以推进民族教育政策的研究与实践。
民族教育政策具有複雜性、繫統性、開放性和政治性等多重特性,必鬚具備多種研究意識,纔能比較全麵地把握其本質和功能。多維意識倡導從多種維度審視和探索事物的本質、功能和價值,在現實中形成開放與髮展互促、整體與還原交流的方法,正是民族教育政策研究之必需。探究以揹景意識、整體意識、比較意識、功能意識為要旨的多維研究意識,以推進民族教育政策的研究與實踐。
민족교육정책구유복잡성、계통성、개방성화정치성등다중특성,필수구비다충연구의식,재능비교전면지파악기본질화공능。다유의식창도종다충유도심시화탐색사물적본질、공능화개치,재현실중형성개방여발전호촉、정체여환원교류적방법,정시민족교육정책연구지필수。탐구이배경의식、정체의식、비교의식、공능의식위요지적다유연구의식,이추진민족교육정책적연구여실천。
Ethnic education policy is characterized with features of being complex,systematic,open and political. In order to fully grasp its essence and function,it is necessary to have different kinds of research consciousness. Multidimensional consciousness advocates the study of the essence,function and value of things from various dimensions and adopts method of mutual promotion between openness and development and communication between integral and restoration,which is needed in the study of ethnic education policy. This paper is aimed at exploring multidimensional consciousness including consciousness of background,integral,comparison and function so as to promote the study and practice of ethnic education policy.
