This paper analyzes and concludes the practices of scholarly communication services in foreign academic libraries, which including staff and organization, services, support, organizational changes, assessment and the impact on authors and institutions. Meanwhile, revelations are proposed for domestic academic libraries to develop scholarly communication services.
