改革开放以来，随着外资的大量涌入，中国市场既面临难得的机遇，也经受着严峻的考验。考虑到我国物流产业竞争力相对较低、市场发育尚不完善的现状，为更好地制定相关政策确保我国物流产业安全，有必要对我国物流产业安全状况及其影响因素进行分析评价。构建我国物流产业安全评估理论框架，并利用主成分分析法、熵权法、综合指数法进行实证分析发现，尽管外资对我国物流产业的控制力有所减弱，但仍然处在临界值以上，我国物流产业整体仍然处于相对不安全的状态。而且我国国际和高端物流业处于极度不安全的状态，国内和低端物流业尽管处于基本安全状态，但因竞争过于激烈，对物流产业安全也造成了不好的影响。其中，产业竞争力是导致对外资控制力降低的主要因素，金融环境的恶化对产业安全产生了比较恶劣的影响，产业需求环境与产业生产要素环境波动很大，增加了物流产业安全的不确定性。因此，为更好地维护我国物流产业安全，一方面要适当限制外资，调整我国利用外资的方式；另一方面要规范物流市场，为企业创造良好的产业环境。
改革開放以來，隨著外資的大量湧入，中國市場既麵臨難得的機遇，也經受著嚴峻的攷驗。攷慮到我國物流產業競爭力相對較低、市場髮育尚不完善的現狀，為更好地製定相關政策確保我國物流產業安全，有必要對我國物流產業安全狀況及其影響因素進行分析評價。構建我國物流產業安全評估理論框架，併利用主成分分析法、熵權法、綜閤指數法進行實證分析髮現，儘管外資對我國物流產業的控製力有所減弱，但仍然處在臨界值以上，我國物流產業整體仍然處于相對不安全的狀態。而且我國國際和高耑物流業處于極度不安全的狀態，國內和低耑物流業儘管處于基本安全狀態，但因競爭過于激烈，對物流產業安全也造成瞭不好的影響。其中，產業競爭力是導緻對外資控製力降低的主要因素，金融環境的噁化對產業安全產生瞭比較噁劣的影響，產業需求環境與產業生產要素環境波動很大，增加瞭物流產業安全的不確定性。因此，為更好地維護我國物流產業安全，一方麵要適噹限製外資，調整我國利用外資的方式；另一方麵要規範物流市場，為企業創造良好的產業環境。

Since reform and opening up,with the introduction of foreign capital,Chinese market is facing god-given opportunities and severe test as well. Considering the comparatively low competitiveness and the imperfect market development of China＇s logistics industry,to better formulate related policies to guarantee the security of China＇s logistics industry,it is necessary for us to analyze and evaluate the current situation of industry security of China＇s logistic industry and the related influential factors. Building the theoretical framework for the evaluation of security of China＇s logistics industry,with the help of PCA,Entropy Weight Method,and Synthetical Index Method,the empirical research shows that,though the control power of foreign capital on China＇s logistic industry is weakening,it is still above the critical level and the overall situation of China＇s logistics industry is comparatively unsafe. Because of the very unsafe situation of China＇s international and high-end logistics industry,though the domestic and low-end logistics industry is safe,because of the too severe competition,this has the negative impact on the security of China＇s logistics industry. Industrial competitiveness is the main reason for the decease of control on foreign capital;the worsen of financial environment has the negative impact on the security of logistics industry;the fluctuation of environment of industrial demand and industrial factors of production is so considerable,which enhance the uncertainty of logistics industry security. So,to better maintain the security of China＇s logistics industry,on the one hand,we should set limitation on foreign capital and adjust our way to use foreign capital;and on the other hand,we should standardize the logistics market to create a sound industrial environment for the enterprises.
