从用户企业的视角看，企业的物流治理模式包括内部化和市场机制两种模式，其中市场机制模式包括3种物流模式。这4种物流治理模式可从物流成本和经营风险两个维度来识别。实证研究比较4种物流治理模式的物流绩效结果表明，战略联盟模式在各个维度都拥有较高的绩效，是一种理想的物流治理模式；市场交易模式在各个维度绩效都较低，是一种应当尽量避免的物流治理模式；自营物流模式尽管成本最高，但是运营绩效和关系绩效最高，能够成为企业的核心竞争能力；外包模式的物流绩效居中。

This author studies the logistics governance patterns from the perspective of user enterprise. Internalization and market mechanisms are the two means of logistics governance;the author distinguishes three kinds of governance mechanisms from market mechanisms,and identifies four kinds of logistics governance mechanisms from the dimensions of logistics and operational risks. The comparison of logistic performance of these four logistics governance shows that logistics strategic alliances is an ideal logistics governance pattern with high performance in various dimensions;market exchange,which we should avoid, has lower performance in each dimension;the operational performance and relational performance of in-house logistics,which is the core competitiveness of enterprises,is the highest,thought the cost of that is very high;and outsourcing has the moderate logistic performance.
