丝绸之路经济带实质上是商品流通之路，是经贸合作平台，流通视角下丝绸之路经济带的建设将为我国尤其是西北内陆地区开启新的发展机遇，同时会加剧国内相关城市的竞争，并影响地区和国际之间的竞争。丝绸之路经济带的经济建设，应探寻节点城市大通关协作机制，构建经贸发展绿色通道；以推进贸易便利化为契机，加快提升区域性商贸中心的国际化水平；积极参与前期基础建设，为拓展国际经贸合作空间打下扎实基础。
사주지로경제대실질상시상품류통지로，시경무합작평태，류통시각하사주지로경제대적건설장위아국우기시서북내륙지구개계신적발전궤우，동시회가극국내상관성시적경쟁，병영향지구화국제지간적경쟁。사주지로경제대적경제건설，응탐심절점성시대통관협작궤제，구건경무발전록색통도；이추진무역편리화위계궤，가쾌제승구역성상무중심적국제화수평；적겁삼여전기기출건설，위탁전국제경무합작공간타하찰실기출。
In essence,the Silk Road economic belt is the road of commodity circulation and the platform for economic and trade cooperation;the establishment of Silk Road economic belt from the perspective of circulation will bring us,especially the Northwest inland areas,with new opportunities of development;at the same time,it will also intensify competition among related domestic cities and have impact on local and international competition. In establishing the Silk Road economic belt ,we should,first,explore the coordination mechanism of＂big custom clearance＂among node cities and establish the green channel for economic and trade development;second,we should accelerate the improvement of international level of regional commercial centers taking trade convenience as the opportunities;and third,we should positively take part in the fundamental development and lay the solid foundation for international economic and trade cooperation.
