基于理性行为理论（TRA）和期望确认模型（ECM），探讨以情感因素为核心作用的公务员廉政教育参与意愿影响机制，选取与情感因素有关的变量构建了公务员廉政教育参与意愿的研究模型。依据所搜集到的292名公务员问卷，采用AMOS分析软件进行结构方程模型和假设验证。结果显示：公务员廉政教育的参与意愿受教育信念、教育满意度和感知有用性三个变量的共同影响；教育满意度受感知有用性和教育信念的双重影响，其中感知有用性的作用更加明显；教育满意度在教育信念与参与意愿之间具有部分中介效应。

Based on the theory of reasoned action （TRA） and expect confirmation model （ECM）, this paper focus on the central role of emotional factors in the mechanism of civil servants＇intention to participate in the incorruptible education. We selected variables related to emotional factors to construct a model of the intention to participate in the Incorruptible education for civil servants. According to the collected questionnaires from 292 civil servants, this paper validates the structural equation model and the proposed hypotheses by using the AMOS software. The results show that the intention to participate is affected by the education beliefs, education satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Education satisfaction is affected by the perceived usefulness and educational beliefs. Meanwhile, the former has more significant impact. Education satisfaction has partly mediated effect on the relationship between educational beliefs and the intention.
