在考虑空间依赖性和异质性的基础上,运用空间杜宾模型对我国2008~2012年28个省级地区的高技术企业创新溢出的空间效应进行实证分析。结果表明：创新产出不仅与本地区投入相关,而且与邻近地区的投入显著相关;从长期角度看直接效应、间接效应都十分显著,并且这种溢出效应呈现出MAR外部性。

On the basis of spatial heterogeneity and dependence,this paper analyzes the spatial direct and indirect spillover effect of high-tech innovation of 28 provinces in China from 2008 to 2012,with spatial panel econometrics method and gray incidence technology. The result shows that,the output of high-tech innovation are not only related to the local＇s input but also significantly positive correlated with adjacent area. From a long-term perspective,both in direct and indirect way,spatial spillover effect of innovation output is significant,and this effect shows MAR externalities.
