结合技术创新、企业联盟组合以及吸收能力三方面的理论知识构建了4个数学模型,运用系统动力学原理进行仿真研究。研究结果显示:企业联盟组合成员多元化与企业技术创新绩效之间呈倒U型关系,且相对于渐进性创新,最优化突破性创新绩效的成员多元化水平较低,同时企业吸收能力对突破性创新绩效与成员多元化之间的关系调节作用也相对较弱。

Combining the theories of technological innovation,enterprise alliance portfolio and absorptive capacity,four mathematical models are established and simulation is conducted by using the principle of the system dynamics research in this paper. Results show that there is an inverted U shape relationship between a firm's alliance portfolio partner diversity and its technological innovation performance. In addition,compared with incremental innovation,the level of alliance portfolio partner diversity to optimize the enterprise breakthrough innovation performance is inferior,and the adjustment of absorptive capacity of the relationship between the enterprise breakthrough innovation performance and alliance portfolio partner diversity is also weaker.
