文章在理论剖析服务业外商直接投资影响因素及其作用机理的基础上，建立计量模型对服务业外商直接投资各影响因素的大小和方向进行实证检验，甄别出各种不同影响因素的重要程度。研究结果表明，影响服务业外商投资决策排名前三位的因素分别为人口密度、消费者需求以及制造业FDI。鉴于这些因素都和需求有关，由此认为服务业跨国公司对广东的服务业直接投资主要是需求导向型的。为了有效吸引服务业外商投资，总体政策落脚点在于扩大总需求。

On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of service foreign direct investment theoretically, this paper establishes an econometric model to test the influencing factors of service industry foreign direct investment empirically, with the aim of identifying the importance of different influencing factors. The results of this study indicate that the top 3 factors that influence the decisions of foreign investors are population density, consumer demand and manufacturing FDI. These factors are related to demand, so it is believed that the investment of multinational service corporations in Guangdong is mainly demand-oriented. And the overall policy lies in the expansion of aggregate demand, in order to attract foreign investment in service industries effectively.
