邮政网路是改进通信质量、提高社会经济效益的根本保证。新中国成立至＂一五计划＂末,随着邮政网路的恢复和发展,邮政局所、邮路和邮运工具得以持续扩建,从而对函件、包件、汇兑及报刊发行等邮政主要业务产生深远影响,进而在国民经济恢复和建设时期发挥了重大作用。

Post network is fundamental for improving the quality of communication and social and economic benefits. From the founding of new China to the end of the first Five-year Plan period,post offices,post routes and postal tools kept expanding with the recovery and development of China＇s post network. This had exerted far-reaching implications for such major postal businesses as of letters,parcels,remittance and newspaper distribution,which further plays a significant role in the national economy recovery and construction.
