经济是产业和政策;制度是社会的游戏规则;意识形态是制度变迁的一个重要因素;利益最大化是用数学求解经济学问题的一种方法;市场出清是供求的理性状态;效率是生产的客观要求。斯密给出道德自律下的道德人,边沁给出法律他律下的守法人,一个经济人必须是道德人+守法人+经济人。凡勃伦说的"制度"近似于意识形态,诺斯说的"制度"是个较完善的概念(正式规则+非正式规则)+(道德+守法)。意识形态是普遍存在的,不能回避它;意识形态的自主性是现实的,但又是有限的。哲学上看,最优化问题展示出辩证法。概率和数学规划一同出现在非均衡模型,可认为这是自然组合。效率必须与收益相结合才有统计意义。文化与制度变迁需要进一步思考。

Economy is the industry and policy; system is the game rules of society; ideology is an important factor of institutional change; interest maximization is a method of solving problems of mathematical economics; market clearing is a rational state of supply and demand; efficiency is the objective requirement of production. An economic person must be a moral self-discipline man by Adam Smith,a legal heteronomy law-abiding people by Jeremy Bentham and an economic person.Thorstein B Veblen's "system"is similar to the ideology,while Douglass C. North's "system"is a more perfect idea which involves formal and informal rules,morality and observance of the law. Ideology is the universal existence,which cannot be evaded; the independence of ideology is a reality,but it is limited. From the perspective of philosophy,optimization problems show dialectics. It is realized as a natural combination that probability and mathematical programming appear in non-equilibrium model. The statistical significance lies in the combination of the efficiency and benefits. Further consideration is important on the change of culture and institution.
