对我国集体林管护机制的相关文献进行了总结与归纳。集体林管护机制是解决集体林产权和外部性现象所导致的我国现阶段集体林管护过程中存在的问题的规则,包括现有的集体林管护的相关法律法规、森林转型和林业市场管护等集体林宏观管护机制,也包括社区治理、激励管护合约的设计等微观管护机制。因此,探索多元化的可持续集体林管护机制是未来集体林发展的重要内容。

In this paper, we summarized and concluded the related literatures on the mechanism of china＇s collective forest management and protection. Collective forest management and protection mechanism is the rule that solves property right and external phenomenon which caused by current collective forest management and protection problems, including collective forest macro management and protection mechanism which consists of the existing collective forest management and protection laws and regulations, forest ecological compensation, forest transformation and forestry market management and so on, also including the community governance, common pool resource management, the forest ecosystem management and incentive contract design from the perspective of micro management mechanism. Therefore, to explore sustainable forest management and protection mechanism of collective diversification is an important content of the development of the collective forest in the future.
