千百年来北方少数民族共同创造的游牧文化不是历史意义上的＂陈旧文化＂,而是体现中华文明进程的重要载体、珍贵遗产,也是当今仍然对社会、经济、文化发展发挥其独特作用的活态文化。随着社会经济的发展,游牧经济面临过萎缩、退化的危机。但是,改革开放以来游牧经济已经进入到恢复阶段,它的恢复及其发展不仅是尊重牧民的生活方式的选择,而且在发挥游牧民族的生存智慧的同时,使现代文明的内容更加丰富多彩。

Nomadic culture created by the ethnic minority in the north for thousands of years is not an＂old-fashioned culture＂in the historical meaning,but it is an important carrier of embodying the process of Chinese civilization,precious heritage as well as a dynamic culture,which is playing a significant role in the development of society,economy and culture nowadays.With the development of socio-economy,nomadic economy was confronted with the crisis of recession and degradation.However,since reform and open,nomadic economy has been in the stage of recovery.Its recovery and development not only respect the choice of herdsman＇s life style,but also it develops nomadic living wisdom;meanwhile,it makes the content of modern civilization rich and colorful.
