皮雕艺术是蒙古族独特的文化艺术表现形式,蒙古族传统手工艺之一,是蒙古族在长期的生产生活中不断创造和发展并使其成为极具民族特色的造型艺术。作为蒙古族传统文化的一部分,蒙古族皮雕艺术在内蒙地区高等院校课堂教育中具有重要的作用。它能够丰富学生兴趣爱好,让学生了解民族传统文化艺术,在传承与发扬民族文化的同时,提高学生对艺术的感知力、想象力、审美能力、动手能力,以及创造的能力。基于上述观点,笔者在论文中将从以下几点进行阐述：蒙古族皮雕艺术应用于内蒙古地区高校美术教育中的必要性及可行性;蒙古族皮雕艺术发展中所存在的一些弊端;蒙古族皮雕艺术应用于蒙古族地区高校美术教育的价值和意义。

Cowhide Mongolian art is a unique cultural and artistic expressions,Mongolian traditional handicrafts,is in the long-term production of Mongolian life and continue to create and develop a strong ethnic characteristics of the plastic arts.As part of the traditional Mongolian culture,the arts have in the Inner Mongolia region classroom education colleges to enrich the students interests;to enable students to understand the national traditional culture and art;to carry forward the national cultural heritage and traditions and to improve the perception of art,imagination,aesthetic ability,ability,creativity significance.Based on the above point of view,the author of the paper will elaborate the following Cowhide Mongolian art applied to the necessity and feasibility of Inner Mongolia University Fine Arts Education;Cowhide Mongolian some drawbacks that exist in the arts;Cowhide Mongolian Art Mongolian region applied to the value and significance of college art education.
