以2008—2011年中国沪市A股制造业上市公司为研究样本，基于企业承担社会责任的视角，对政府补贴与企业承担社会责任之间的关系进行实证研究，结果表明政府补贴存在社会性效果，即政府通过财政补贴的形式来激励企业扩大社会捐赠额、吸纳更多就业人数和增加技术人才投入是有效率的。进一步的研究显示：政府补贴效果在不同性质股东控股的企业中具有不同的表现；政府补贴效果仅在当年盈利的企业中存在，表明政府补贴效果受企业盈亏状况的影响；政府补贴效果不受市场化程度的干扰，但该效应的显著性在不同市场化程度下却表现出明显差异。就政府的公共政策而言，政府补贴通过补贴形式激励企业履行社会责任是有效率的，但是在实施公共政策中必须甄别企业特征及其所在区域的制度环境。
以2008—2011年中國滬市A股製造業上市公司為研究樣本，基于企業承擔社會責任的視角，對政府補貼與企業承擔社會責任之間的關繫進行實證研究，結果錶明政府補貼存在社會性效果，即政府通過財政補貼的形式來激勵企業擴大社會捐贈額、吸納更多就業人數和增加技術人纔投入是有效率的。進一步的研究顯示：政府補貼效果在不同性質股東控股的企業中具有不同的錶現；政府補貼效果僅在噹年盈利的企業中存在，錶明政府補貼效果受企業盈虧狀況的影響；政府補貼效果不受市場化程度的榦擾，但該效應的顯著性在不同市場化程度下卻錶現齣明顯差異。就政府的公共政策而言，政府補貼通過補貼形式激勵企業履行社會責任是有效率的，但是在實施公共政策中必鬚甄彆企業特徵及其所在區域的製度環境。

With the data of China＇s A-share listed companies in manufacturing from 2008 to 2011 as a research sample,we make an empirical research on the relationship between the government subsidies and enterprise social benefits from the perspective that enterprises undertake social responsibility. The results show that government subsidies do have social benefits.Namely,government can encourage enterprises to expand social donations,undertake more employments and increase technical personnel by giving subsidies. Further studies show that：（ 1） the effects of government subsidies have different performance in corporations with different natures.（ 2） the effects of government subsidies exist only in profitable corporations that year,indicating that government subsidies are affected by profit or loss.（ 3） the effects of government subsidies has no differences in different levels of market development,but its significance is varying in different levels of market development. As for public policy,it＇s effective that government encourages enterprises to take social responsibilities by giving subsidies,but government must also take enterprise features and institutional environments into account in the implementation of public policies.
