新世纪以来,学业负担问题不断升级且已成为全社会所诟病的“顽疾”。在对已有相关研究的回视中,以教学效能为视点,找寻学业负担与教学效能关系的学理基础,进而探讨此关系的三重生成逻辑,在于主观层面的体认内化、客观层面的运行轨迹和主客互动层面的作用图式。基于此,应着眼于心理互动的体认深化、运行于视域融合的实践确证和求解于关系思维的思维转向,以此实现学业负担与教学效能关系的优化,进而更有效彰显教学效能之于学业负担问题解决的价值。

Since the new century, the academic burden problem has been escalating ann nas become a "chronic illness" which is denounced by the whole society. This paper looks for the theory foundation on the relationship between academic burden and the effectiveness of teaching from the viewpoint of teaching effectiveness in the regression of existing related research, and then discusses the three generative logic of this relationship, which exists in the internalization of subjective level, the running track of objective level and the role schemata of the interaction between subject and object level. Based on this, it should focus on the recognition deepening of psychological interaction, run in the practice confirmation of horizon fusion and solve the thinking shift of relationship thinking to realize the relationship optimization between academic burden and teaching effectiveness, and then to more effectively highlight the value of teaching effectiveness to solve the problem of academic burden.
