通过对湘西州的"两民"企业进行问卷调查,深入研究了"两民"企业领导风格与公司治理模式的关系。研究发现,"两民"企业关键岗位对外开放程度较高,但权力对外开放程度较低;交易型领导多于变革型领导,建设型领导多于被动/防御型以及主动/防御型领导,民主型领导多于专制型领导;交易型和变革型领导风格与"两民"企业公司治理不同模式之间有显著影响关系,交易型领导风格多倾向于D型治理模式,变革型领导风格多倾向于A型治理模式。被动/防御、主动/防御和建设型领导风格与公司治理不同模式之间没有关系。专制型和民主型领导风格与公司治理不同模式之间没有关系。
通過對湘西州的"兩民"企業進行問捲調查,深入研究瞭"兩民"企業領導風格與公司治理模式的關繫。研究髮現,"兩民"企業關鍵崗位對外開放程度較高,但權力對外開放程度較低;交易型領導多于變革型領導,建設型領導多于被動/防禦型以及主動/防禦型領導,民主型領導多于專製型領導;交易型和變革型領導風格與"兩民"企業公司治理不同模式之間有顯著影響關繫,交易型領導風格多傾嚮于D型治理模式,變革型領導風格多傾嚮于A型治理模式。被動/防禦、主動/防禦和建設型領導風格與公司治理不同模式之間沒有關繫。專製型和民主型領導風格與公司治理不同模式之間沒有關繫。

Based on xiangxi′s "two people" firm surveys,in-depth study of the relationship between the "two people" leadership style and Governance models of firm.Research shows,the opening degree of "two people" firm's key station is high,but power opening degree is low;trading type's leadership is more than reform type's leadership,construction type's leadership is more than passive/defense type and active/defense type's leadership,democratic type's leadership is more than authoritarian type's leadership;the relationship between trading type,reform type's leadership style and different governance models of "two people" firm has significantly effects,trading type's leadership style tend to D type governance mode,reform type's leadership style tend to A type governance mode.There is no relationship between passive/defense style's leadership,Active/defense style's leadership,building style's leadership and different governance models.Also there is no relationship between Democratic style's leadership,autocratic style's leadership styles and different governance models.
