港口竞争的特殊性在于,港口企业不但面临着市场需求竞争,同时也面临着岸线资源竞争.本文建立博弈模型分析黄海地区港口间的竞争与合作.分析结果表明黄海地区港口群内的无序竞争将导致黄海海岸线资源的过度开发;而部分港口采用合作策略不仅能提高合作港口的总体收益,也能够提高非合作港口的收益,从而实现地区港口群整体收益提升.
港口競爭的特殊性在于,港口企業不但麵臨著市場需求競爭,同時也麵臨著岸線資源競爭.本文建立博弈模型分析黃海地區港口間的競爭與閤作.分析結果錶明黃海地區港口群內的無序競爭將導緻黃海海岸線資源的過度開髮;而部分港口採用閤作策略不僅能提高閤作港口的總體收益,也能夠提高非閤作港口的收益,從而實現地區港口群整體收益提升.

Unlike in other competitive markets, ports compete with each other not only for market demand but also for natural resources. This paper analyzes the competition among ports in Huanghai area, which we call a ports cluster. We develop a game model to stress that disorderly ports competition in Huanghai area will lead to over-exploitation of natural resources. Collaborative strategy not only significantly improves the profit of ports participating in collaborative strategy, but also brings benefit to the port in competition with the collaborative ones and improves the profit of ports cluster in Huanghai area as a whole.
