提出了一种防止露天矿运输车辆偷盗矿石的管控策略"三点有序管控法",通过在采区、采区进出口和卸车区分别安设区内过磅点、通行验证点和卸车过磅点,借助称重传感器技术、RFID识别技术、道闸自动控制技术、以太网网络控制技术和系统工程理论与思想,对运输车辆进行三点有序控制,实现对车辆运输偷盗现象的过程监测与控制和事后评价与分析.在此基础上研发了针对车辆运输的无人值守智能防盗管控系统"3PGS"(简称三点管控系统,three points guarding system),并论述了该系统在三道庄露天矿的工程应用,结果表明该系统能够有效解决露天矿矿石偷盗问题.

An anti-theft method is introduced for vehicle transport in open pit. It is called "orderly control law based on three points". It is proposed that three points should be installed. These three points are weighing point in mining area, passing verification point in mining boundary, and weighing point in unloading area. Relying weighing sensor technology, RFID identification technology, barrier automatic control techr~ology, Etheruet network control technology and systems engineering theory, transport vehi- cles are orderly controlled among the three points so that stealing actions during transport process are monitored and controlled. And evaluation and analysis can be made later. Based on the methods above, a smart guarding control system is developed. The system is referred to as 3PGS (three points guarding system). And it is then applied to Sandaozhuang open pit mine, and the results show that it can be an effective solution to prevent stealing ore in open pit mine.
