从政治发生学视角可以发现中国共产党巡视制度有其自身的逻辑。中国共产党巡视制度是我国优秀传统政治监督制度的弘扬，是“嵌入——合作”式政党体制寻求党内廉洁的一种自我政治净化，是单一制国家结构形式疏通中央与地方关系的一种政治整合，是执政党缓和官民矛盾的一种政治调节。

Chinese Communist Party＇s inspection system has its own logic from the perspective of political genology. It is the inertia of the traditional supervision system and political purification through which the＂ Embedding - cooperation＂ type of party seeks inner honesty. Besides,it is a political inte~ation of the relationship between central and local governments in a political unitary state structure as well as pelitical regulation by which the riding party eases the contradictions between officials and people.
