本文使用1989-2012年的时间序列数据,通过误差修正模型（ECM）,分析全国社会保险水平与行业收入差距的动态关系,发现二者存在长期协整关系。行业收入差距关于社会保险水平的短期弹性并不显著,ECM对行业收入差距偏离长期均衡的调整力度处于中等水平。本文的政策含义是,社会保险制度没有行业收入再分配的作用,这与社会保险制度的设计有关,调节行业收入差距需要从分配制度改革入手。
本文使用1989-2012年的時間序列數據,通過誤差脩正模型（ECM）,分析全國社會保險水平與行業收入差距的動態關繫,髮現二者存在長期協整關繫。行業收入差距關于社會保險水平的短期彈性併不顯著,ECM對行業收入差距偏離長期均衡的調整力度處于中等水平。本文的政策含義是,社會保險製度沒有行業收入再分配的作用,這與社會保險製度的設計有關,調節行業收入差距需要從分配製度改革入手。
본문사용1989-2012년적시간서렬수거,통과오차수정모형（ECM）,분석전국사회보험수평여행업수입차거적동태관계,발현이자존재장기협정관계。행업수입차거관우사회보험수평적단기탄성병불현저,ECM대행업수입차거편리장기균형적조정력도처우중등수평。본문적정책함의시,사회보험제도몰유행업수입재분배적작용,저여사회보험제도적설계유관,조절행업수입차거수요종분배제도개혁입수。
This paper uses the time series data of 1989- 2012,estimates the ECM model for inter- industry income inequality and social insurance level,find the existence of long- term cointegration relationship between them. The short- term elasticity of the income gap on the social insurance level not significant,it means the adjustment ability of ECM on the deviation of Inter- industry income gap from long- run equilibrium is in the medium level. The policy implication of this paper is that the social insurance system cannot play the role of income redistribution because of the design of social insurance system,only through the reform of social insurance system can achieve the redistribution effect.
