企业社会责任缺失对我国食品安全构成了重大威胁,而缺失风险的传导又使危害程度进一步扩大。本文在界定企业社会责任缺失风险内涵及分类的基础上,对供应链中企业社会责任缺失风险的传导机理进行了探讨,明确了风险的传导元素、规律及路径。最后提出要从风险传导的源头入手阻断风险传导路径,通过审慎选择合作伙伴,构筑信息交流平台及实现收益与成本对等的原则,多角度地对食品供应链中企业社会责任缺失风险进行控制。

Lack of corporate social responsibility witnesses a major threat in China＇s food safety,and risk conduction further expands the damage. Based on the definition and classification of corporate social responsibility risk,risk conduction mechanism of corporate social responsibility in supply chain is discussed in this paper which confirms conduction elements,rule and path of risk. Finally the paper puts forward the idea of blocking risk transmission path from the source of risk conduction. Lack of corporate social responsibility risk can be effectively controlled in food supply chain through carefully choosing partners,constructing information communication platform and realizing equivalence principle of benefit and cost.
