将企业社会责任纳入高阶理论分析框架,考察高管团队特征对企业社会责任的影响。基于我国农业上市公司样本的实证研究结果表明:高管团队特征对企业社会责任影响较为显著;高管团队平均薪酬对企业社会责任产生显著正相关影响,而高管团队生产型职能背景和任期异质性对企业社会责任产生显著负相关影响。

By taking corporate social responsibility into the Upper echelons theory frame,this paper examines the relationships between top management team characteristics and corporate social responsibility. Based on the samples of Chinese agricultural listed companies,our findings indicate that: characteristics of top management team have some effects on enterprise social performance. In addition,the relationship between average salary level of top management team is positive,while the production function background and term heterogeneity is negative.
