文景之治、贞观之治和康乾盛世是中国历史上的三个繁盛时期,其对民族问题的处理堪称古代王朝的楷模。既存研究中描述三大＂盛世＂具体民族政策的文献较多,分析其政策观的论著较少。本文结合这三个有代表性的案例介绍中国古代王朝在价值观念上如何应对多民族性,如何实现＂统一强大＂。文景之治、贞观之治和康乾盛世三个时期的具体民族政策有异同,却都秉承＂天下统一、因俗而治、和而不同＂的共同政策观。

Government of Wen- jing,Government of Zhenguan and Kang- Qian Flourishing Age are three prosperous periods in the history of China. Their handling of ethnic problems was a model of the ancient dynasties.In existing research,descriptions of specific national policy documents are more than Analysis of the concept of policy in three prosperous periods. Based on the three typical cases,we introduce their values on how to deal with many nationalities In Chinese ancient dynasty and how to realize ＂ Unified to be strong＂. The specific national policies have similarities and differences in three prosperous periods,but they were adhering to the common values on national policies ＂ the world should be united,custom and rule,harmony in diversity＂.
