刚果（金）是非洲第二大国家,可耕地资源丰富,自然条件对粮食作物和经济作物的生长非常有利,但由于刚果（金）国家持续不断的内战,导致其国内经济衰退,粮食不能自给,人民生活在贫困线以下。为了解决刚果（金）国内的粮食自给问题,中国政府对刚果（金）实施了农业援助项目,建立了恩塞莱（N’SELE）旱作物示范中心。文章旨在通过对恩塞莱（N’SELE）旱作物示范中心的研究,来探寻中刚农业进一步合作的方向性、风险的可控性以及可持续性。

DRC is the second largest country in Africa, possessing rich resources of arable land, whose natural conditions are suitable for the growth of food crops and economic crops. However, as a resuh of the continuous civil war, DRC＇ s domestic economy has been in recession, which makes it impossible to supply all the food needed by its people, consequently many people live under the poverty line. In order to solve the problem of DRC＇ s domestic food self-sufficiency, the Chinese government has implemented agricultural aid projects to DRC and established N＇ SELE demonstration center of upland crops. This paper aims to explore the direction, risk control as well as the sustainability of the further cooperation in agriculture between China and DRC through the research of the demonstration center of upland crops.
