对青海藏区三江源重要生态功能区生态状况进行实地调查研究,根据该地区的现状特征和存在的问题,利用大量相关数据构建三江源生态功能区生态脆弱度指标体系和评价模型,采用多元统计方法分析评价,提出了因地制宜加强保护意识、转变发展方式、建立健全法律保障、构建生态补偿机制等政策建议。

A filed research has been done on the ecological status of IEFA（ important ecological function area）in Sanjiangyuan（ ＂Headwaters of Three River＂） of Qinghai Tibetan area. According to the state and existing prob-lems of the area, an indicator system and an assessment model have been built based on large related data to domultivariate statistical analysis and assessment of the ecological fragility of the area. The article proposes somepolicy suggestion, for instance, strengthening protection consciousness, transforming the mode of development,establishing sound legal guarantees, constructing ecological compensation mechanism according to the local situ-ation.
