提高＂思想道德修养与法律基础＂课教学实效性是全社会、高校和＂基础＂课教师共同关心的重要问题。将显性教育与隐性教育并举,是一条行之有效的途径。显性教育要确立＂以学生为本＂的理念,拓展教学内容给予学生足够的现实关怀,丰富教学方式以提升学生的精神境界,改进考核方式以培养学生的自我教育能力。开展隐性教育要注重发挥教师自身的人格力量,以个性影响个性;虚功实做,在细节上关爱学生;充分利用现代新媒体,以正能量陶铸学生。

It is an indisputable fact that the teaching effects of the course ＂ Cultivation of Ideological Morality and Basic Laws＂ is far from satisfactory, so to get it out of the dilemma requires both dominant education and recessive educa- tion. Based on student -oriented concept, dominant education reform should expand teaching content to meet students＇ real need, enrich teaching methods to improve students＇ spiritual realm, and update assessment methods to cultivate students＇ a- bility of self - education. On the other hand, recessive education should center on developing teachers＇ personal charisma to influence students, paying attention to details to make every class impressing, and making full use of new media to let students freely express their opinions instead of suppressing them.
