近年来,高校自杀他杀事件时发,凸显高校生命教育的急迫性。中国传统文化儒学的生死观蕴含了丰富的生死智慧。儒学在生命或生死问题上一贯有着庄严端肃的态度,认为应端正生死认识、乐生安死;要善视生命中的偶然与必然,以平和自然的心境面向人生中的风风雨雨;拓展人生境界,实现对死亡的超越。这些观点在当今高校开展生死观教育的过程中可以起到积极的正向价值与启迪作用。

In recent years, the frequency of suicide and homicide accidents in colleges and universities has been on the rise, which indicates the urgency of life education in higher educational institutes. The Confucian conception of life and death in Chinese traditional culture contains rich wisdom of life and death. It convinces that life and death should be treated solemnly, since Confucian culture believes that people should have a reasonable understanding of life, and that they ought to treasure life when they are living and face death calmly when it comes. It also believes that human beings need to let na- ture take its course and kindly deal with the contingent and inevitable incidents in life. Besides, one could expand his life realm and carry out the transcendence of death. These perspectives can contempararily have positive value and enlighten- ment on the higher education for conceotion of life and death.
