农民工就业职位的上行流动是农民工市民化深度发展的重要内容。基于西北地区的问卷调查数据,通过构建农民工职位上行流动和职位上行流动度两个logistic基础模型,探索影响西北地区农民工就业职位上行流动的重要因素及影响机制。研究发现:人力资本和社会资本的不同要素对西北地区农民工就业职位的上行流动影响机制不同,并且在西北各省内就业、西北地区间跨省就业及西北外地区就业的选择与获得路径上存在明显差异。西北地区各省要围绕农民工就业职位上行流动特征及机制,加强农民工就业的区域合作,制定促进农民工就业质量提高的有效政策。

The upward flow of migrant workers' occupation is an important content of the further development of migrant workers' urbanization.Based on the data of a questionnaire survey in northwest China,and by building two basic logistic models,one for the upward flow of migrant workers' occupation and the other for the dimension of upward flow of migrant workers' occupation,this thesis explores the important factors and influence mechanism about the upward flow of migrant workers' occupation in the northwest region.The research turns out that different elements in human capital and social capital have different influence mechanism on the upward flow of migrant workers' occupation and have obvious difference in the choice of acquisition path when they choose different job locations among inside-province,inter-province in northwest region and away from the region.Therefore,around the characteristics and mechanisms of the upward flow of migrant workers' occupation,the local government should strengthen regional cooperation in migrant workers' employment and establish effective policies to promote the quality of their employment.
