The paper measures the composition of happiness of college graduates serving as village leaders and the influence from each component in less developed areas by SEM.The research results show that their happiness depends mainly on five components those are＂emotional support＂,＂work situation＂,＂successful entry＂,＂quality of life＂,and＂environmental adaptation＂.Bettering＂the influence degree of occupation to love and marriage＂,promoting＂the support from parents＂,＂the support from other village leaders＂,＂the difficulties of becoming a village leader＂,＂the degree of major matching local demands＂and＂the level of salary＂,enhancing＂the effect of communication with farmers＂,＂the adaptation to natural environment＂and＂the acceptance of local customs＂,are helpful to improve the level of happiness of college graduates serving as village leaders.
