本文采用问卷调查结合访谈法收集了北京市属10所高校的数据，对地方普通高校中青年教师应用性科研发展进行研究。从教师个体特征、教师科研学术经历、学校职称政策导向、学校应用性科研促进措施四方面分析了影响中青年教师应用性科研发展的主要因素。最后根据相关研究结论提出有利于中青年教师应用性科研发展的对策建议。
本文採用問捲調查結閤訪談法收集瞭北京市屬10所高校的數據，對地方普通高校中青年教師應用性科研髮展進行研究。從教師箇體特徵、教師科研學術經歷、學校職稱政策導嚮、學校應用性科研促進措施四方麵分析瞭影響中青年教師應用性科研髮展的主要因素。最後根據相關研究結論提齣有利于中青年教師應用性科研髮展的對策建議。

In this study,we collectedten schools＇ relevant data information in Beijing local university by questionnaire and interview with the administrators and teachers, our study focused on the middle age and youth teachers ~ applied research development in local ordinary university, we analyzed the major influence factors of applied research development from four perspectives. Such as individual characteristics, academic experience, the tendency of title policies and the measures of improving applied research. At last, according to the research conclusion, we put forward the constructive suggestion on the middle age and youth teachers ＇ applied research development in local ordinary university.
