教育公平是衡量社会文明进步的重要标志,也是实现中国梦的必由之路。教育能否实现公平,归根到底就是衡量涉及教育的政府、学校和个人这三个主体的利益分配能否公平。这三个不同的主体都有各自的利益,都希望实现自身利益的最大化,各主体所采取的策略也主要是根据自身的利益来进行选择。因此,这三者基于自身利益的博弈选择引起了教育资源的不同分配,进而造成教育不公的现象。我们应以教育公平为核心,权衡各相关主体的利益,加强外部监督和信息反馈,及时纠正政策执行中的偏差;改进和完善教育资源分配制度,合理分配教育资源;建立健全评价机制和竞争激励机制,鼓励制度创新,提高教育资源的利用效率;建立健全教育资助和补偿机制,保障教育公平的顺利实现。

Educational equity is not only an important sign to measure the social civilization and progress,but also the only way to realize China dream.In the final analysis,profits distribution between the government,schools and individuals determines the educational justice.The three different subjects have their own interests and want to maximize their own interests.They choose their strategies according to their own interests.Game option,based on the games own interests,lead to the different allocation of education resources and caused educational unfair phenomena.We should take the justice of education as the core,balance the interests of relevant subjects,strengthen the external supervision and information feedback,correct timely deviation in the implementation of the policy;improving and perfecting distribution system of educational resource and distribute rationally educational resources;establishing aperfect evaluation mechanism and competitive mechanism,encouraging institutional innovation,improving utilization efficiency of educational resources;establishing a sound educational funding and compensation mechanism and guarantee smooth realization of education equity.
