To make life easy is the object of life,so whether your life is happy or not is relevant to what kind of relaxation recreation way you choose.This article probes into the ways of relaxation recreation according to the folk art and performance of Quanzhou folklore, which is specitied by its leature of ＂adopting happiness in noisy play＂,＂getting happiness in quarrel ways＂,＂seizing happiness from the performance of art＂ ,＂speaking happiness from talking and singing in the play＂.
