依据现有研究，通过归纳分析影响区域信用环境的因素，构建区域信用环境评价指标体系，运用因子分析法对陕西省2008年-2010年信用环境发展状况进行实证分析，并运用多元回归法和皿I指数对比方法，对评价体系进行稳健性及有效性检验的结果表明：经济发展水平、企业发展、教育水平、城镇化发展、金融发展是影响信用环境的主要因素，其中，经济发展水平是信用环境最直接有效的影响因素；同时，陕西省信用环境状况的整体发展趋势较好；但城镇化发展及金融发展没有发挥足够大作用，应逐渐加大对此两类因素的重视。

Based on previous studies, this article constructs an evaluation system of regional credit environment with inductive analysis of the influencing factors of regional credit environment, and conducts an empirical study on the condition of credit environment in Shaanxi Province from 2008 to 2012 by applying the method of factor analysis. The stability and effectiveness of the evaluation index system has been tested by regression analysis and CEI. The results show that the level of economic development, enterprises development, the level of education and urbanization, and the finance development are considered important factors of the credit environment, among which the economic development is the most direct and effective one. The overall condition of the credit environment has been ameliorating in recently years in Shaanxi Province, but urbanization and the finance development have not contributed their due effects. This article calls for further studies on these two types of indicators.
