人工成本上涨对建筑业的健康发展具有深远的影响。运用VAR和ARIMA模型分析人工成本上涨的影响因素和发展趋势,结果显示,通货膨胀和建筑业尤其是房屋与基础设施工程的大规模投资建设是人工成本上涨的主要影响因素。现阶段解决人工成本上涨问题的途径应从调节社会劳动力供给和需求平衡入手,供给层面需要政府部门加强政策引导,增加社会劳动力供给;需求层面需要建筑企业通过技术创新,降低劳动力需求。

The rising labor cost has a profound impact on the healthy development of the construction industry. The paper analyzes the main influencing factors and development trend of the rising labor cost with VAR and ARIMA models. The result shows that inflation and large-scale investments in construction, especially housing and infrastructure projects, are the main factors that lead to labor cost rising. At present, the problem should be dealt with from two perspectives. The government should strengthen policy guidance to increase the labor supply while the construction companies should speed up technology innovation to decrease the labor demand.
